Terms & Conditions

1. Scope of Work

• Kitchen Aluminium, Structural Window, Sliding Window, Laser Door & Railing design and fabrication.
• Work will be done based on approved drawing/measurement.
• Any changes after approval will cost extra.

2. Measurement & Responsibility

• Site measurement must be approved by client/contractor.
• We are not responsible for incorrect measurement after approval.

3. Materials & Quality

• All materials will be used as per agreed specification.
• Low quality materials only if client confirms in writing.

4. Design Approval

• Laser designs must be approved before production.
• No changes allowed after final approval.

5. Payment Terms

• 30%–50% advance before starting work.
• Material cost is non-refundable.
• Full payment before delivery/installation.

6. Delivery Time

• Delivery time depends on project size.
• Delay may occur due to material or technical issues.

7. Installation

• Installation will be done at site conditions.
• Existing wall/floor damage is not our responsibility.

8. Warranty

• 6–12 months warranty on manufacturing defects only.
• Glass breakage is not covered.

9. Cancellation Policy

• Advance is non-refundable after material purchase.
• Refund depends on work progress.

10. Additional Work

• Extra work will be charged separately.
