Delivery Information

1. Delivery Time

2. Delivery Process

4. Delay Policy

• Delays may occur due to material shortage or technical issues.
• The company is not responsible for delays caused by natural disasters or uncontrollable situations.

5. Delivery Area

• Outside area delivery will have additional transport charges.

6. Payment Before Delivery

• Full payment must be completed before delivery or installation.
• Delivery will be held if any payment is pending.

7. Product Checking

• Clients may inspect the product during delivery or installation.
• After installation, damage responsibility will not be covered by the company.
